Below are examples of a few of the facades used on some of our homes available within different Estates across South East Queensland
We try to keep the exterior of our designs smart and modern, but also suitable for the Queensland weather “where it can rain in a day what normally falls in a month.”Hence the use of a HIP roof on most of our designs.
We do build skillion roof designs but tend to shy away from more expensive flat roof designs with parapets and internal box gutters – due to their propensity to leak. We can build them – but there is a cost – as with anything.
